30-Day Returns
We want you to love your solar fan. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and include all original parts and packaging.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Return shipping is free for defective or incorrectly shipped items; for change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
How to Start a Return
- 1. Contact us at support@venteago.com with your order number and reason for return.
- 2. We will reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- 3. Ship the item back — once received, your refund is processed automatically.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, send us a photo or short video along with your order number. We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
2-Year Warranty
Every Venteago solar ventilation fan is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers the solar panel, motor and housing under normal outdoor use. It does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification or improper installation.
Non-Returnable Cases
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents or improper installation.
- Gift cards and final-sale clearance items.
